CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an established hospitality group, operating a number of hotels and resorts across Cyprus and beyond, we are seeking to recruit a Social Media & Content Assistant to join their growing team based in Limassol. As a Social Media & Content Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in contributing to the marketing department’s operations, ensuring smooth execution of strategies, and helping the company achieve its marketing objectives. Our client is seeking applicants who are educated to degree level in a relevant field, who possess previous experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing. You will need to possess strong knowledge of platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and have a passion for social media trends and expert story telling. An attractive remuneration and benefits package is on offer, and working hours are from 09:00 – 18:00 Monday to Friday.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in executing social media strategies across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.).
  • Curate, schedule, and publish engaging content to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Research relevant trends and competitors to ensure that our content meets each platform’s criteria and delivers to the target audience.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions across social media channels for the main accounts.
  • Analyze social media metrics and provide insights for performance improvements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan campaigns, promotions, and giveaways.
  • Assist with organizing, planning, and coordinating photoshoots, video production, and content creation.
  • Ensure that content aligns with the brand voice, tone, and values across all platforms and for all brands.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to align on brand messaging and content strategy.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field is desirable.
  • 1–2 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest etc...
  • Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in both verbal and written Greek and English.
  • Creative and digitally savvy with an eye for detail.
  • Passionate about social media trends and storytelling.
  • Strong multitasking and time-management skills.
  • Team player with proactive and positive attitude.
  • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
