Site Engineer
CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding Real Estate Development Company, specialising in high-end residential developments, we are seeking to recruit a Site Engineer to join their growing teams based across Larnaca and Protaras. As a Site Engineer you will be responsible for overseeing all construction activities on site, as well as ensuring work is completed according to plans, standards, and timelines. You will need to be educated to degree level in Civil Engineering, or another closely related field, and possess approximately 3 years of experience in site engineering, with strong knowledge of construction practices in Cyprus. Fluency in Greek and English is a must. An attractive remuneration package is on offer, based on skills and experience!
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Oversee all construction
activities on site.
- Ensure work is completed
according to plans, standards, and timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors,
suppliers, and consultants.
- Monitor progress and provide
regular reports to the owner.
- Ensure all quality and
safety standards are met.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Degree in Civil Engineering
or related field.
- Approximately 3+ years of
site experience.
- Good knowledge of
construction practices in Cyprus.
- Fluency in English and
Greek.
- Driving license and ability to travel between project sites.
