CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a licensed Foreign Exchange Broker, offering a range of trading products, services, and professional support, we are seeking to recruit a Senior Partnerships Manager to join their growing team based in Limassol. As a Senior Partnerships Manager, you will build and scale a high-performing network of Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and affiliate networks. This is a hands-on role focused on partner acquisition, activation, commercial deal structuring, and portfolio growth, while maintaining strong quality control and partner satisfaction. Our client is seeking applicants who possess 3+ years of proven experience in IB/Affiliate partnerships within the Forex/CFD industry, with a strong track record in partner acquisition and activation. An attractive remuneration package is on offer based on skills and experience, along with the possibility of Remote and/or Hybrid working options within Cyprus.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

 

  • Recruit & onboard IBs/affiliates and expand the partner portfolio across priority regions.
  • Activate and grow partners through structured onboarding, enablement, and ongoing performance management.
  • Structure commercial deals (CPA / rebate / hybrid / bespoke where applicable) aligned with sustainable ROI.
  • Take initiative to implement necessary improvements for the Partnerships/Business Development function (process, reporting, partner kit, onboarding).
  • Maintain strong quality control (traffic quality, anti-abuse mindset, long-term partner value).
  • Drive partner communication and support; coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve conversion.
  • Monitor partner KPIs and propose optimizations to improve funnel performance.
  • Identify new business development opportunities and provide recommendations to Management.

 

Key Skills/Experience:

 

  • 3+ years proven experience in IB/Affiliate partnerships within Forex/CFD (or closely related).
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Strong track record in partner acquisition and activation (not only account management).
  • Ability to demonstrate measurable outcomes (FTDs, deposits, lots, pipeline, partner performance).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills (phone/email/social networks).
  • Structured, KPI-driven execution style with strong follow-up discipline.
  • High ownership mindset; able to operate independently and cross-functionally.
