Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Manage the full accounting cycle including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, forecasting, and treasury functions.
• Process payroll and manage obligations to the Social Insurance Services.
• Prepare and submit VAT returns, income tax, and other statutory filings to the Cyprus Tax Department.
• Liaise with external auditors during the annual audit process.
• Assist with budgeting, financial planning, and variance analysis.
• Ensure full compliance with Cyprus tax legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Provide management with ad hoc financial reports and analysis to support decision-making.
• Identify and implement improvements to internal processes and controls.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Holders of, or those working towards a professional accounting qualification are encouraged to apply.
• Approximately 4+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of Cyprus tax legislation (VAT, corporate tax, payroll taxes).
• Proficiency in accounting software (ESoft, Navision, QuickBooks, or similar).
• Solid understanding of IFRS is highly desirable.
• Exposure to multi-entity consolidation will be considered a plus.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Greek.
