Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Provide comprehensive support to all clients during business hours.
• Offer assistance to Junior IT Engineers, as necessary.
• Maintain customer computer hardware following maintenance agreements and directives from Professional Services Director.
• Ensure IT products and services are updates or upgraded as required, upon approval from the Professional Services Director.
• Provide full support regarding software and hardware to customers.
• Identify and report causes of equipment malfunctions, involving both hardware and software, to the Professional Services Director.
• Develop and maintain procedures for operating and maintaining IT systems, including hardware, software, and printers within the company and for clients with maintenance agreements.
• Review new hardware requests from users and align their requirements with the capabilities of the IT system.
• Maintain an up-to-date inventory of current hardware equipment and evaluates existing equipment for efficiency and quality.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• University degree in an IT-related field.
• Technical professional certifications are required (e.g. Microsoft, Cisco, Fortinet).
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong operational and project management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in English & Greek.
• Flexible approach, ability to perform under pressure.
• Effective communication skills.
