Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Lead and mentor the data and analytics team.
• Develop and implement the company’s data strategy and infrastructure.
• Manage data collection, storage, and reporting processes.
• Provide insights and recommendations to management, marketing, and product teams.
• Build dashboards, track KPIs, and automate reporting systems.
• Ensure data compliance with regulatory and GDPR standards.
• Use data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance improvements.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Proven experience as Head of Data, Data Lead, or Senior Data Manager within the iGaming industry.
• Strong knowledge of data analytics, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.), SQL, and data warehousing.
• Skilled in team management and developing scalable data systems.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Must be based onsite in Limassol, Cyprus.
