Senior Cyber Security Consultant (Hybrid)
CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a global Professional Services & Advisory firm with expanding operations across Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Senior Cyber Security Consultant to join their growing Technology Consulting team based in Nicosia. As a Senior Cyber Security Consultant, you will primarily be responsible for overseeing projects spanning GRC & Data Privacy, Penetration Testing, and Security Architecture services, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction. Our client is seeking applicants who are educated to degree level in Cyber Security, Information Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or another closely related field, who possess approximately 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity with strong exposure to Governance, Risk & Compliance. Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Oversee projects spanning over GRC & Data Privacy,
Penetration Testing, and Security Architecture services, ensuring
high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
- Work closely with the Cybersecurity Director in the
pursuit of new business opportunities, contributing to the growth of our
cybersecurity practice.
- Manage and mentor junior team members, fostering a
culture of excellence, continuous learning, and professional growth.
- Support the design and development of new and
innovative services in the cybersecurity field, keeping offerings
cutting-edge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the
Technology practice to ensure integrated service delivery and leverage
expertise from different areas.
Key Skills/Experience:
- University degree in Cyber Security, Information
Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or in any other
Technology related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in
Cybersecurity with strong exposure in Governance, Risk & Compliance.
- Holder of one or more of the following certificates:
CISM, CISSP, CISA, CRISC or any other related certificate will be
considered as an advantage.
- Working experience with Cybersecurity related standards
such as ISO 27001 or NIST CSF.
- Good knowledge of the NIS-2 and DORA regulatory
frameworks.
- Proven experience in managing projects and teams.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Proactive and highly motivated individuals who can work
in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Innovative mindset with the ability to contribute to
service development.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
