CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a long-established Corporate Services Provider with offices in the heart of Nicosia, we are seeking to recruit a Senior Corporate Administrator to join their growing team. As a Senior Corporate Administrator, you will handle a range of corporate administration duties, including drafting and reviewing corporate documents, including resolutions, minutes, powers of attorney, share transfers, share certificates, and annual returns. Our client is seeking applicants who are educated to degree level in Law, Business Administration, or another closely related field, who possess 4+ years of experience in corporate administration, with strong knowledge of dealing with the full spectrum of Registrar of Companies matters. Fluency in both verbal and written Greek and English is essential, with an experience working with eBOS corporate software considered an advantage. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

 

  • Incorporation of Cyprus companies and handling post-incorporation matters.
  • Drafting and reviewing corporate documents, including resolutions, minutes, powers of attorney, share transfers, share certificates, and annual returns.
  • Maintaining statutory registers and ensuring up-to-date corporate records in line with local legislation.
  • Reviewing HE forms and other statutory filings with the Cyprus Registrar of Companies.
  • Coordinating annual general meetings and extraordinary general meetings.
  • Opening and reviewing of corporate bank accounts.
  • Acting as a point of contact for international clients on corporate matters.
  • Assisting clients with changes to company structures (e.g., changes of directors, secretaries, registered office, and share capital).
  • Coordinating with banks, auditors, accountants, and other service providers.
  • Handling client requests efficiently and providing solutions in line with Cyprus corporate law.
  • Assisting with client onboarding, KYC, and AML compliance checks.
  • Ensuring ongoing compliance.
  • Supporting due diligence processes for new and existing clients.
  • Carrying out ad hoc administrative tasks to support the firm’s corporate services.

 

Key Skills/Experience: 

 

  • Ideally educated to degree level in Business Administration, Law or another relevant field.
  • Approximately 4+ years of proven work experience in Corporate Administration is a must.
  • Strong knowledge of dealing with the full spectrum of Registrar of Companies matters is essential.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of eBOS software is highly desirable.
  • Analytical skills, high levels of attention to detail and results orientation.
  • Excellent organisation, planning and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek & English is essential.
  • Computer literate (MS Office).
  • Any knowledge or attendance to any recent AML Seminars will be considered an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High sense of responsibility and integrity.
  • Ability to handle multiple client accounts and deadlines.
