CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM), authorised and supervised by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC), we are seeking to recruit a Senior Corporate Administrator to join their growing team based in Larnaca. As a Senior Corporate Administrator, you will handle the preparation and issuance of quarterly, semi-annual, or annual financial statements including notes where applicable for Cyprus & offshore companies, Trusts, and Foundations. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Law, Business Administration, or another related field, and holders of the STEP qualification are encouraged to apply. Several years of professional experience preferably from a Corporate Service Provider, Family Office or Trust Office, is essential and fluency in English and Greek is a must. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Preparation and issuance in collaboration with the accountant in charge of quarterly, semi-annual, or annual financial statements including notes where applicable for Cyprus & offshore companies, Trusts, and Foundations.
  • Preparing the final statements for the audit (incl. preliminary and final discussions with the mandate head).
  • Independent handling of payments incl. monitoring, filing and management of files.
  • Handling bank forms and KYC requests.
  • Submission of forms and obtaining certificates from the Cyprus Registrar of Companies.

 

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration or related field.
  • STEP qualification will be considered as an advantage.
  • Several years of professional experience in Corporate Service Provider, Family Office or Trust Office.
  • Experience in preparing contracts and documents, compliance, preparation of presentations and charts, payments, filing, electronic recording, taking care of and management of data regarding clients and structures, setting up and liquidation resp. termination of companies, trusts, etc.
  • Reliable, independent, and careful working manner.
  • Team player, able to work under pressure and committed.
  • Knows the Trust and Corporate Administration business (relevant topics, activities, products).
  • Is able at any time to handle several priorities at the same time and flexibly adjusts actions when priorities unexpectedly change.
  • Very Good IT user knowledge (MS Office / Power Point/Excel).
  • Knowledge in document administration using document management (e.g. ViewPoint) is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English and Greek.
