CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an established provider of Legal services to a diverse portfolio of clients, we are seeking to recruit a Senior Corporate Administrator to join their growing team based in Nicosia. The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for undertaking corporate procedures relating to the Cyprus of Registrar of Companies on behalf of clients. An academic background in a relevant field is desirable, and you will need to possess approximately 2+ years of proven experience as a Corporate Administrator. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek are essential. An attractive remuneration package is on offer, based on skills and experience.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:  

  • Incorporation of Cyprus companies for clients, as well as ongoing maintenance of companies.
  • Preparing and filing documents at the Registrar of companies in various jurisdictions.
  • Reviewing KYC and compliance paperwork for the onboarding of new clients.
  • Preparing corporate documents including but not limited to minutes, resolutions, agreements, trust deeds and related trust documents.
  • Opening of bank accounts in Cyprus and worldwide.
  • Preparation of bank forms and liaising with banks for the account opening procedures.
  • Have direct communication with clients and attend meetings.
  • Managing relations and liaising with agents, external and internal advisers and consultants on various corporate matters.

Key Skills/Experience:  

  • A University degree in a relevant subject is desirable.
  • At least 2+ years of experience as a Corporate Administrator is a must.
  • Strong knowledge with the procedures of the Registrar of Companies.
  • Knowledge of KYC and compliance procedures.
  • Familiar with the gateway app of Bank of Cyprus.
  • Excellent knowledge of business specifics, experience in dealing with different jurisdictions and a diverse clientele.
  • Excellent organisational skills, ability to multitask and to be result oriented.
  • Ability to monitor workload, meet deadlines and solve complicated problems.
  • High level of discipline and working efficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to work with clients and be customer focused.
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language, both verbal and written.
  • Efficient, productive and organised.
  • Computer literacy.
