Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Maintaining accounting records and assisting with bookkeeping entries.
• Issuing invoices, monitoring receivables and payables, and liaising with suppliers and clients.
• Assisting with payroll preparation and coordination with external accountants and auditors.
• Supporting budgeting, cost monitoring, and financial and operational reporting.
• Providing operational support to management and assisting with internal procedures and documentation.
• Coordinating logistics operations including supplier coordination, deliveries, inventory follow-up, and operational scheduling.
• Supporting day-to-day office operations and administrative processes including ISO 9001 documentation.
• Ensuring compliance with Company policies and Cyprus legal, tax, and operational requirements.
• Any duties related to the position and assigned by the Management.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Educated to degree level in Accounting, Finance, Economics or similar is desirable.
• Holders of any relevant accounting qualifications are welcome to apply.
• Approximately 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar accounting role is essential.
• Fluency in Greek and English.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, including Excel.
• Previous experience working with Accounting Software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
