Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Oversee financial statements and reports for high value companies within the Group.
• Ensure all financial reporting is in compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
• Collaborate with the CFO on strategic financial planning.
• Handle complex accounting issues and provide expert solutions.
• Conduct financial analysis to support business decision-making.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Ideally educated to degree level in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or another closely related field.
• Members of any relevant accounting body are encouraged to apply, although this is not essential.
• Proven experience in a relevant accounting and finance role with an emphasis on high value business is essential.
• Strong knowledge of the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
