As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, helping them navigate the trading services and realize the full value of the company’s offerings. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in a relevant business-related field, who possess proven experience as a Senior Account Manager, or as an Account Manager, or in a similar client-facing role within the Financial Services sector. Strong knowledge of the financial market and trading platforms is essential and fluency in Farsi is a must. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Understand clients' business needs and objectives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and providing solutions.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities.
  • Reach out to leads via phone, email, and other communication channels to introduce our trading services.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.
  • Plan and execute initiatives to ensure the client receives the most value from the company’s products or services.
  • Address and assist the clients as per compliance and legal requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients for new offerings or services.
  • Educate prospects about the about our services regarding forex/finance market and the benefits of trading with our brokerage.
  • Guide prospects through the account creation process, address their concerns, and motivate them to start trading.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales and conversion KPIs.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Proven experience as a Senior Account Manager, or as an Account Manager, or in a similar client-facing role.
  • Native Farsi speaker.
  • Strong knowledge of the financial market and trading platforms.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Results-driven with the ability to meet and exceed KPIs.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipelines.
