CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a leading provider of high-performance LED lighting and outdoor lighting solutions, to commercial and industrial markets, we are seeking to recruit a Sales Representative to join their newly established team based in Cyprus. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and managing sales activities across the European Union. This role involves active business development, client visits, and participation in industry events and exhibitions throughout Europe. Our client is seeking applicants who ideally hold previous experience in B2B sales, with any specific experience gained working with lighting, electrical, industrial products, or technical solutions considered a strong advantage. You will need to fluent in English, and be willing and able to travel extensively across Europe for work assignments. An attractive remuneration package is on offer, which includes a generous base salary, and highly competitive commission plan. Fully remote working options within Cyprus are on offer for this position.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the Company presence across EU markets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with distributors, contractors, and corporate clients.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers and key partners.
  • Travel across EU countries to meet clients, conduct presentations, and attend trade fairs and exhibitions.
  • Promote and present product portfolio effectively.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close sales agreements.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for Management.

 

Key Skills/Experience:

 

  • Experience in B2B sales is preferred.
  • Experience in lighting, electrical, industrial products, or technical solutions will be considered a strong advantage but is not mandatory.
  • Strong commercial awareness and a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets will be considered a plus but not a requirement.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently within the EU.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional European languages will be considered an advantage.
  • Valid driving license and EU travel eligibility.
