Sales Representative
CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a leading company operating in the Imports & Distribution sectors, we are seeking to recruit a Sales Representative to join their growing team based in Limassol. The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining and expanding the customer base, achieving commercial targets, and building trust-based relationships with both new and existing clients. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Business, Management, or another related field, who possess approximately 3+ years of relevant sales and business development experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English are a must, along with strong and negotiation and relationship building skills. Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a client portfolio within a
designated geographic area, following a daily schedule set by the
Supervisor.
- Achieve sales and revenue targets in accordance
with the company’s commercial policy.
- Present new products and provide technical
support to customers.
- Monitor competition and gather market
intelligence.
- Register orders.
- Carry out occasional product deliveries to
clients when necessary.
- Participate in scheduled sales meetings and
company training sessions.
- Attend trade fairs/exhibitions and promotional
activities.
Key Skills/Experience:
- A University Degree in a Business Management or a
related field is desirable, but not essential.
- Approximately 3+ year of proven experience in the
sales field is a must.
- Any prior experience working in the DIY and/or
Hardware sector will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage time and work independently.
- Excellent command of the Greek language and good
command of English.
- Valid driving licence.
