Sales Representative
CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a leading and rapidly expanding online training institute which provides high demand courses and certifications in the fields of IT, Business, Compliance, and Finance, we are seeking to recruit a Sales Representative to join their growing team based in Limassol. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and ensuring outstanding experience for our client’s customers. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Business, Management, or another related field, who possess previous sales experience, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills. You must be able to multitask and work efficiently under pressure and possess a positive attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers with their
inquiries.
- Provide in-depth knowledge of training and
services to customers.
- Monitor and report customer feedback and sales
trends to Senior Management.
- Support promotional activities and marketing
campaigns.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales
targets and objectives.
- Escalate customer issues as required to Senior
Management.
Key Skills/Experience:
- A University Degree in a Business Management or a
related field is desirable, but not essential.
- Previous experience in a sales capacity is
essential.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under
pressure.
- A positive attitude with a passion for delivering
excellent customer service.
- General computer skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork.
