CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a rapidly expanding property development and investment company in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Sales Officer to join their growing team based in Limassol. As a Sales Officer, you will primarily be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation, as well as organising and attending viewings through estate agents and other networks. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Business Management or a related field, with a proven track record of success in business development, sales or a related role, preferably in the real estate industry. Strong networking and relationship building skills, along with excellent communication and presentation skills are essential. Our client offers an attractive remuneration and benefits package based on skills and experience.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Organise and attend viewings through estate agents and other networks for the sale of real estate properties.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, industry partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring that terms and contracts align with company objectives.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • A University Degree in a Business Management or a related field is desirable, but not essential.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales or a related role, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong networking and relationship building skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and identify new business opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in either Hebrew and/or Russian will be considered an advantage.
