CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding Group of Companies operating in the Real Estate & Construction sectors, we are seeking to recruit a Sales Executive to join their growing team based in Larnaca. As a Sales Executive, you will combine strategic support, sales execution, and client relationship management, ensuring that real estate activities align with the company’s commercial objectives, brand positioning, and long-term growth strategy. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or another related field, who possess approximately 2+ years of proven experience in real estate sales, asset management, or property development, ideally within Cyprus. Strong knowledge of the Cyprus real estate market, including residential developments is desirable, and fluency in English is a must. Key Duties/Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide support to over 500 close associates and partners with property information for various projects.
  • Provide associates with sales & marketing material for all residential projects.
  • Conduct site tours and make presentations for all projects with associates and partners.
  • Provide customers of associates and partners with sales and marketing material and project inspections.
  • Handle negotiations with buyers within the guidelines set by the company.
  • Answer any questions relating to the construction work, financing, maintenance and repairs, property management, as well as the details involving and comprising the project.
  • Responsible for agreed inspection viewings and follow-up with all associates and partners.
  • To diligently follow the sales strategy, tactics, sales plans, and Inspection/presentation and viewings.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting business partner & associates relationships.
  • Data input and updating business partner relationship information onto the CRM.
  • Stay informed about the latest changes in the real estate industry.

 

Key Skills/Experience:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience of 2+ years in real estate sales, asset management, or property development, ideally within Cyprus.
  • Strong knowledge of the Cyprus real estate market, including residential developments.
  • Experience with high-value property sales and international clients is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with the Cyprus investment-through-property scheme will be considered an advantage.
  • Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Greek and/or additional languages is a strong advantage.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • EU citizenship or valid EU work permit required.
