CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a long-established Group of Companies, offering a range of transport, shipping, and logistics services, we are seeking to recruit a Sales Executive to join their growing team based in Limassol or Nicosia. As a Sales Executive, you will primarily be responsible for acquiring new business deals, and selling services to achieve designated sales targets. An academic background in Business Administration, Marketing, PR, Supply Chain Management, or similar is desirable, and you will ideally possess approximately 2+ years’ experience in a client-facing, sales orientated role. This job requires a flexible schedule, along with the willingness and ability to travel to client sites as required. An attractive remuneration package is on offer, based on skills and experience!

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

 

  • Contribute to achieving sales targets, through pro-active, outbound activity.
  • Coordinate with the Operations Manager to identify new sales targets and opportunities.
  • Follow up the bookings of the existing and new sales accounts.
  • Answer clients’ calls and efficiently respond to their requests.
  • Perform sales visits and report feedback and progress to the Operations Manager.
  • Follow up bookings to ensure the provision of a professional level of customer service for new and existing clients.
  • Enter data into the CRM ensuring up-to-date sales information.  
  • Prepare bi-weekly statistical and market reports.
  • Monitor clients’ performance and volumes on a regular basis.
  • Perform other related activities as requested by the Operations Manager.

 

Key Skills/Experience:

 

  • Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or similar is desirable.
  • Approximately 2+ years of experience in a similar sales-orientated role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close sales deals.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
