As a Sales Coordinator, you will handle a variety of key duties including receiving and processing orders from Clients, preparing contracts and agreements, collaborating with commercial partners for order processing and sales forecasting, and more. Our client encourages applications from candidates with previous experience in a B2B sales environment, who are fluent in both verbal and written Greek and English. You will need to possess excellent client service skills, with the ability to build long-lasting, successful relationships with new and existing clients. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Receiving and processing orders from offices/companies.
  • Preparing contracts and agreements with offices/companies across Cyprus.
  • Handling post-sale issues.
  • Assisting with any administrative requests related to orders.
  • Coordinating with courier partners for timely delivery of office orders.
  • Managing timely payment processing.
  • Attending events related to brand promotion in the office sector in Cyprus.
  • Collaborating with commercial partners for order processing and sales forecasting.
  • Developing new client relationships (finding/meeting new clients), including those sourced from headquarters.
  • Building relationships with clients for repeat business.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or any other related field is desirable.
  • Previous experience in B2B sales will be considered as an advantage.
  • Excellent client service skills.
  • The ability to build long-lasting, successful relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Positive attitude and goal orientated
  • Fluency in both verbal and written Greek and English.
