CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an International company operating in the Medical Supplies sector, with expanding operations in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit Sales Consultants to join their growing teams based in Nicosia & Limassol. The successful applicants will primarily be responsible for maintaining, supporting and developing relationships with existing clients in Cyprus, as well as identifying new business opportunities for the company. You will need to possess approximately 2+ years of relevant Sales, Business Development and/or Account Management experience. Previous experience working within the medical supplies industry is highly desirable, but not essential and full product training will be provided. Fluency in both Greek & English is required.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:  

  • Maintaining, supporting and developing existing customers.
  • Expand the company's clientele.
  • Detailed knowledge of product’s characteristics as well as of the competitive products.
  • Inform and help customers to know and understand company's products and the benefit they create for the client.
  • Understand consumer behaviour and industry trends.
  • Representing the company by participating in conferences/exhibitions/events.
  • CRM software management, recording of daily activity (opening new customers, recording of communication).
  • Cooperation with the other departments of the Company including Marketing, Support & Finance.
  • Monitor and gain knowledge of competitors.

Key Skills/Experience:  

  • High school graduate, any higher education will be considered an advantage, but not essential.
  • Approximately 2+ years of professional experience within a similar position is essential.
  • Experience within the medical supplies industry or related field will be considered a significant advantage.
  • Knowledge of the market and competition in Cyprus is highly beneficial.
  • Ability and ease in communicating with customers, suppliers, partners, and colleagues for the day-to-day handling of cases and problem solving.
  • Good knowledge of Greek & English (written & spoken).
  • Results orientated and goal focused.
  • Knowledge of SoftOne or any ERP program is considered an advantage.
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office.
  • Experience meeting and exceeding designated targets.
