CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a long-established and market-leading company operating in the building materials industry in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Sales Associate for their showroom based in Nicosia. As a Sales Associate, you will focus on the sale of HPL (High-Pressure Laminates), ACP (Aluminium Composite Panels), and other façade systems. As part of your role, you will work closely with architects, contractors, and developers seeking reliable, high-quality decorative materials for exterior applications. Our client is seeking applicants who hold previous sales experience, with specific experience with façade systems, HPL, or related building materials. You will need to be fluent in both verbal and written Greek and English, and possess excellent client-service and negotiation skills. A highly attractive remuneration and benefits package is on offer, which includes a 13th & 14th salary, provident fund, and discretionary bonus scheme. Working hours are from 08:30 – 13:00 and 14:30 – 18:00 from Monday to Friday, as well as from 09:30 – 13:30 approximately 2-3 Saturdays per month.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Welcome and advise clients in the showroom, providing expert support on façade materials.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals and contractors.
  • Assist in the preparation of technical and commercial offers for façade projects.
  • Provide end-to-end customer support—before, during, and after the sale.
  • Collaborate with the sales support and logistics teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Keep up to date with products, trends, and client needs.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Previous sales experience in façade systems, HPL, or related building materials.
  • Fluency in Greek and good command of English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Team spirit and professionalism.
  • Outgoing, confident, and customer-focused.
  • Responsible, reliable, and solution-oriented.
  • Willing to learn and grow within a team environment.
