CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a leading provider of comprehensive IT solutions and services in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join their growing team based in Limassol. As a Sales Administrator, you will primarily be responsible for coordinating the activities of the sales department, as well as performing a range of administrative tasks. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in a relevant field of study, who possess administrative and basic bookkeeping experience. You will need to be fluent in both verbal and written Greek and English, and possess strong knowledge of MS Office applications. An attractive remuneration package is on offer, including a 13th salary. There is some flexibility with working hours from Monday to Thursday, and an early finish at 14:30 each Friday.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate sales activities to ensure efficiency and policy compliance.
  • Quote, price, and propose technology products and solutions.
  • Manage assigned accounts and client communications (phone, email, letters, packages).
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping.
  • Handle procurement.
  • Represent the company at events.
  • Align sales efforts with marketing campaigns.
  • Complete vendor sales training and certifications.
  • Monitor supply stock and place orders as needed.
  • Submit reports and prepare presentations/proposals.
  • Assist sales colleagues when needed.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • University degree in Business, Marketing, or Management.
  • Familiarity with office management and basic accounting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Proficient in MS Office.  
  • Fluent in English and Greek.
  • Valid driver's license.
