CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an established importer and distributor of premium natural raw ingredients, we are seeking to recruit a Sales & Administration Specialist (Dual Role) to join their growing team based in Limassol. This is a dual role, combining external client visits with internal support and administration. As part of your tole, you will represent the company professionally in external B2B meetings and presentations, as well as supporting critical administrative work, Our client is seeking applicants who are educated to degree level in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or a related field, who possess a valid driving licence. Interest in plant-based nutrition, wellness, fitness, and sustainability is essential, and fluency in Greek and English is a must. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Represent the company professionally in external B2B meetings and presentations.
  • Research and identify ideal potential customer profiles and arrange nationwide visits.
  • Present our product range in a friendly, confident, and value-based manner.
  • Review supplier purchase invoices against internal pricing and correct discrepancies.
  • Support administrative work (statements, receipts, records, event coordination, etc.).
  • Assist planning for exhibitions, sampling events, festivals, and promotional activities.
  • Prepare written communications (emails, proposals, follow-ups, internal notes).
  • Report market insights and contribute ideas for strategy and growth.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Warm, articulate communicator with strong emotional intelligence.
  • Presentable, confident, and professional demeanor.
  • Health-conscious / active lifestyle (must represent a clean wellness brand image).
  • Organized, disciplined, proactive, detail focused.
  • Valid driving licence.
  • Greek + English fluent (mandatory).
  • Russian language a strong advantage.
  • Good writing skills + basic use of Microsoft Word & Excel.
  • Comfortable with digital tools and cloud systems.
  • Interest in plant-based nutrition, wellness, fitness, sustainability.
