As a Resort Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the resort, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, as well as driving operational excellence, maintaining brand standards, fostering a strong organizational culture, and maximizing financial performance. Our client is seeking applicants who are educated to degree level in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field, who possess approximately 5-7 years of hotel management experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or department head role. Proficiency with hotel management systems (PMS), MS Office Suite, and reporting tools is essential. A highly attractive remuneration and benefits package is on offer, based on skills and experience.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Establishes clear goals and expectations for leadership teams through ongoing feedback and performance reviews.

  • Ensures appropriate pricing, positioning, and revenue management strategies for the properties.
  • Acts as the primary liaison between hotel owners and management teams.
  • Balances the interests of ownership and the company to ensure mutual success.
  • Ensures business strategies are aligned with owner expectations and ROI goals.
  • Builds and maintains strong professional relationships with stakeholders through consistent, proactive communication.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of hotel management experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or department head role.
  • Proven track record of improving operational performance and guest satisfaction.
  • Strong background in revenue management, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
  • Experience managing multi-department teams in an upscale or luxury hospitality environment preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership and team development skills.
  • Strong understanding of hotel operations, service standards, and guest experience management.
  • Financial acumen with the ability to interpret and act on performance data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality.
