CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a prestigious Hospitality & Real Estate Development company, we are seeking to recruit a Reservations Specialist to join their growing team based in Paphos. As a Reservations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing guest reservations efficiently and professionally, ensuring high levels of accuracy and customer satisfaction. Our client is seeking applicants who are educated to degree level in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Tourism, or another relevant field, who possess approximately 3+ years of experience in a similar role. Fluency in English is a must, with knowledge of any other languages considered an advantage. An excellent remuneration and benefits package is on offer, which includes medical insurance, provident fund, and more! Working hours are from 08:30 - 17:00 or 10:00 - 18:30 5 days per week.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

 

  • Deal efficiently with all telephone, email, internet and ‘in person’ enquiries.
  • Ensure that all reservations are recorded following procedures with full and clear information and that they are inputted accurately and promptly into the system.
  • Maximize revenue by converting enquiries, recognizing business prospects and opportunities to upsell.
  • Liaise with clients and partners in a professional manner building rapport and creating professional relationships.
  • Exercise effective listening to capture relevant information and provide a premium experience for the guest.
  • Liaise with all departments to ensure the best service is provided to customers.

 

Key Skills/Experience:

 

  • Education in Hospitality or a related field is ideal.
  • Approximately 3+ years of experience in a similar position.
  • Pleasant and outgoing personality.
  • Customer-service experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language (Other languages will be considered as an advantage).
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office.
  • Flexible working hours.
  • Driving License.
  • Able to work freely in Cyprus (No Work Permits Provided).
