Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Monitor the company’s compliance with applicable regulatory requirements in accordance with the Compliance Monitoring Programme.
• Stay continuously updated on regulatory developments and requirements from CySEC and the Central Bank of Cyprus, and assist with the updating of internal policies and procedures.
• Assist in the preparation of ad hoc and periodic compliance reports for submission to the Board of Directors and regulatory authorities.
• Review and monitor marketing communications to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
• Support the Chief Compliance Officer with daily compliance tasks and ad hoc projects.
• Collaborate closely with all departments to promote and maintain a strong culture of compliance across the organisation.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• University degree or postgraduate qualification in Economics, Finance, Banking & Finance, Law, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience within the Compliance Department of an Electronic Money Institution, Payment Institution, or Investment Firm.
• Ideally a holder of the CySEC Advanced Certificate or at least the commitment to pass the exam within 6 months or joining.
• An understanding of PSD2 and/or EMD regulations is highly desirable.
• Fluency in Greek and English.
• Excellent attention to detail.
