CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a prestigious Hospitality & Real Estate Development company, we are seeking to recruit a Real Estate Sales Manager to join their growing team based in Paphos. As the Real Estate Sales Manager, you will primarily be responsible for leading, managing and mentoring a team of Real-Estate sales professionals with a view to achieving, and ideally exceeding designated sales targets. As part of your role, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities though market research, networking and lead generation activities, whilst working closely with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns and promotional materials to attract potential buyers. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field, who possess 5+ years of relevant work experience in a sales management role, ideally gained working in the Real Estate sector. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Lead, manage and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Negotiate and finalise contracts, ensuring alignment with company objectives and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Oversee the recruitment, training and development of new sales team members to ensure high performance.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to Senior Management.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities though market research, network and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain relations with agents and associates.
  • Promote and cultivate strong relationships with both potential and existing clients.
  • Representing the company to exhibitions and events locally and abroad.
  • Generate sales leads and maintain existing partnerships with real estate agents and associates.
  • Monitor sales production and adjust sales activities, account coverage and sales priorities as necessary to achieve plan goals.
  • Analyze local and overseas markets trends for potential clients and business associates, assess competitors’ activities for new business leads.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns and promotional materials that attract potential buyers.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is desirable.
  • 5 years minimum of relevant work experience in a sales management role, preferably in Real Estate.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.
  • Strategic thinker with ability and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Ability to travel for work purposes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and flexibility to adapt changing work demands.
  • Fluency in English language both written and oral.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications.
