Quotations Specialist
CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an established global logistics operator offering a range of services including shipping by sea, air and land transport, and storage and distribution, we are seeking to recruit a Quotations Specialist to join their growing team based in Limassol. As a Quotations Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and managing client quotations and proposals, as well as collaborating with internal teams to gather required information. Our client is seeking applicants who are educated to degree level in Shipping, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field, who ideally possess some previous experience in a relevant position. You will need to be fluent in both verbal and written Greek and English, and be a confident user of MS Office applications, with any experience working with ERP and/or CRM systems considered an advantage. An attractive remuneration package is on offer, with includes a 13th salary, and working hours are from 08:00 - 13:00 & 14:30 - 17:30 from Monday to Friday.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Analyze
client requirements and prepare tailored quotations.
- Collaborate
with internal teams to gather necessary information.
- Ensure
quotations comply with company policies and pricing strategies.
- Ensure
all quotations and correspondences are properly logged in CRM or ERP
systems.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s
Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Shipping or
related field is desirable.
- Prior
experience in freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics is highly
desirable.
- Proficiency
with Logistics software is highly desirable.
- Strong
knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Excellent
communication and negotiation skills.
- High
attention to detail and strong analytical ability.
- Fluency in
Greek and English.
