CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a rapidly expanding Investment Firm with offices across Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Project Manager to join their growing team based in Limassol. As a Project Manager you will primarily be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within the financial services sector, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or a related field, who possess approximately 3+ years of relevant experience in Project Management, gained working within the Financial Services and/or Fintech sectors. You will need to be proficient with project management software, and hold a solid understanding of financial products and services. Our client offers a highly attractive remuneration and benefits package which includes performance-related bonuses, provident fund, discount benefit card, and up to 25 days paid leave per year.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within the financial services sector, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
  • Collaborate cross-functional teams, to ensure project alignment with business goals.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Manage and allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal project performance.
  • Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, providing regular updates to Senior Management.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to relevant financial regulations and industry standards.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in project management.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager within the Financial Services sector or FinTech industry.
  • Proficiency in project management software and a solid understanding of financial products and services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
