Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Review concept layouts, apartment plans, and early architectural designs.
• Coordinate design development between architect, structural, and MEP consultants.
• Ensure drawings/specs are complete and tender-ready.
• Prepare and/or validate BoQs, and quantities against drawings.
• Own the developer-side execution plan and baseline schedule.
• Run weekly progress meetings and enforce accountability.
• Conduct frequent site inspections using structured QA/QC checklists.
• Establish an after-sales workflow (tickets, response SLAs, contractor responsibility).
• Coordinate defect rectification under warranty.

Key Skills/Experience:

• Educated to degree level in Civil Engineering, Construction Project Management, or similar.
• 3+ years in residential building construction/real estate development.
• Strong QA/QC mindset and site inspection experience.
• Strong understanding of structural, finishing, and MEP coordination basics.
• Experience with tendering, BoQs, specifications, and procurement.
• Proven experience preventing scope gaps and cost leakage.
• MS Project and/or Primavera experience is highly desirable.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
