CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an Information Technology company which provides clients with a range of services including project management, we are seeking to recruit a Project Administrator to join their growing team based in Larnaca. Working closely with the Head of Project Management, the successful applicant will play a key role ensuring the smooth delivery of client projects. As part of your role you will prepare project documentation, track deliverables, manage meetings, and update project management tools and software. Any previous experience in a relevant role is highly desirable, although full training will be provided, and Recent Graduates are therefore encouraged to apply. You will need to be fluent in both verbal and written English, with knowledge of either Greek, French and/or Arabic considered an advantage. This role involves international travel outside of Europe for project delivery and implementations. An attractive salary is on offer, based on skills and experience.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Drafting Purchase Orders (POs), requests for Quotation (RFQs) and assisting in vendor communications.
  • Preparing project documents, updating records and organizing meeting minutes.
  • Tracking deliverables, ensuring approvals are in place and checking on outstanding tasks.
  • Managing meetings, sending reminders and coordinating with different departments.
  • Updating project management tools, logging expenses and ensuring compliance with project guidelines.
  • Travel around the world on certain projects for a week or more to ensure successful project implementation.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • 1+ year of experience in a relevant position is a ideal, although full training will be provided, and therefore Recent Graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • IT knowledge or curiosity is beneficial but not essential.
  • Previous experience in Cyber Security or Telecommunications is considered an advantage.
  • PMP/Prince certification is considered an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and punctual.
  • Confidentiality and the ability to protect sensitive confidential information.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict contractual timelines.
  • Any experience working with Odoo CRM will be considered a plus, but not essential.
  • Proficient with MS Office.
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written, with Greek an advantage.
  • Any knowledge of Arabic and/or French will be considered a plus.
  • Able and willing to travel internationally for work purposes outside of Europe.
  • EU Passport holder or equivalent.
