Production Manager
CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a recently established manufacturer of concrete admixtures, ready mix mortar powder, grout, and associated products, we are seeking to recruit a Production Manager to join their growing team located in between Larnaca and Limassol. As a Production Manager, you will primarily be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining quality standards, optimizing workflows, and managing production staff to meet production targets. Our client is seeking applicants who are educated to degree level in a relevant field such as Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration or similar, who possess approximately 8+ years of proven experience in a relevant production management role. You will need to hold a strong understanding of production management principles, lean manufacturing, and quality assurance, with specific experience with the production of building materials such as tile adhesives, grouting, and epoxy. A highly attractive remuneration package is on offer, based on skills and experience.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage
the production schedule for on-time completion.
- Take an
active role in factory production planning.
- Identify
and address key concerns that may alter or impact production schedule.
- Manage
shipping schedule for on-time delivery.
- Provide
status reports to Management.
- Partner
with the design team for product development approval.
- Partner
with internal teams to engineer products within cost parameters.
- Track
development milestones to meet established deadlines.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor's
degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration,
or a related field.
- 8+
years of experience in a production or product-management role.
- Strong
understanding of production management principles, lean manufacturing, and
quality assurance.
- Experience
in producing Admixture such as water reducing, superplasticizer, retarder
etc….
- Experience
in producing building materials such as tile adhesives, grouting, epoxy
etc…
- Ability
to manage a team efficiently and effectively.
- Proficiency
with PC applications, especially Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
