Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Organization and scheduling of the workforce.
• Monitoring project timelines.
• Oversee the cutting and drilling process in line with fabrication drawings.
• Ensure dimensional and quality control for assemblies during and after completion.
• Supervise and monitor welding, including carrying out a final welding quality inspection.
• Complete a paint quality inspection of the final product.
• Ensuring the safe loading of the final product for transport to the construction site.
• Attend the construction site as required to oversee installation/erection of projects.

Key Skills/Experience:

• University degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university or institution in Cyprus or abroad.
• Prior experience in Production Management and Quality Control within the Construction industry is a must.  
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
• Integrity, organizational skills, responsibility, initiative, and sound judgment.
• Ability to understand construction drawings.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to propose effective solutions.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs.
• Excellent command of the Greek language and very good command of the English language.
