As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining and delivering high-quality products that align with business objectives and user needs. Our client is seeking applicants who are educated to degree level in Computer Science, Information Technology, or another relevant field, who possess approximately 2+ years of experience in Product Management or related field, in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation, requirements gathering, and prioritization to launch and post-release optimization.
  • Translate business needs and strategic goals into clear product roadmaps, user stories, and measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to align product initiatives with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Define, track, and analyze key product metrics to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform decision-making.
  • Conduct market and competitive research to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  • Lead backlog refinement sessions, ensuring prioritization reflects business value and technical feasibility.
  • Partner with design and development teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of product features.
  • Manage dependencies and risks throughout the product lifecycle, proactively resolving blockers.
  • Gather and incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders to continuously enhance product usability and performance.
  • Ensure that all product releases adhere to internal governance, compliance, and security standards.

 

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in Product Management or related field, in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
  • Advanced degree or relevant certification in Product Management.
  • Experience within the technology or iGaming sector will be regarded as a strong advantage.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product management best practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across multiple levels.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data to support product decisions and measure impact.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, balancing multiple priorities and projects concurrently.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau or similar).
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach.
  • High attention to detail, with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability for deliverables and outcomes.
  • Comfortable operating in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
  • Passionate about user experience, innovation, and product excellence.
