CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an established and expanding company operating in the Beauty & Cosmetics field, we are seeking to recruit a Product Development & Launch Coordinator to join their growing team based in Larnaca. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing all activities related to the development or upgrade of new skincare and device products from concept to market launch. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Cosmetic Science, Chemical Engineering, Project Management, or related field, who possess approximately 3+ years of experience in the cosmetics, skincare, or medical device industry. You must be proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and project-tracking tools such as Monday.com, Odoo, and Trello, and ideally be familiar with cosmetic regulations in the EU, Asia, and the Middle East. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are a must, with any knowledge of Chinese or Greek considered an advantage.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and maintain the product development timeline with all milestones (concept, formulation, testing, packaging, registration, production, marketing launch).
  • Coordinate between internal teams (R&D, Regulatory, Marketing, Factory, Purchasing) and external suppliers.
  • Track project progress, identify delays or issues, and propose corrective actions.
  • Organize regular product development meetings and maintain status reports.
  • Coordinate to Translate brand or marketing briefs into clear technical briefs for R&D.
  • Support formula evaluations, samples tracking, and internal testing coordination.
  • Ensure formulation data, claims, and ingredient lists are correctly documented.
  • Coordinate packaging design, compatibility testing, and final artwork approvals
  • Ensure label content (INCI list, claims, warnings) meets regulatory and brand guidelines.
  • Liaise with packaging suppliers on specifications, printing timelines, and quality approvals.
  • Collaborate with the Regulatory team to ensure compliance with EU CPNP, MDR, or international registration processes.
  • Prepare documentation packages (PIF, safety assessments, test reports).
  • Track progress of product notifications and approvals.
  • Align with Production Planning and Quality teams for pilot and first production batches.
  • Coordinate product coding, barcodes, and SKU documentation.
  • Ensure all materials, artworks, and product data are ready before launch.
  • Support the preparation of marketing content, product sheets, and training materials.
  • Collect feedback from distributors or sales teams after launch.
  • Support improvement or reformulation projects as needed.
  • Maintain product master file with all development history and documents.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemical Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
  • Approximately 3+ years experience in the cosmetics, skincare, or medical device industry.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with cosmetic regulations (EU, Asia, Middle East).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are a must, and any knowledge of the Chinese or Greek languages will be considered an advantage.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools (e.g. Monday.com, Odoo, Trello).
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask across departments.
