Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design process for a new mobile trading application (iOS & Android), which will serve as the core product across multiple brokerage brands.
• Work closely with the CPO and product team to transform complex financial requirements into intuitive and elegant user experiences.
• Design polished interfaces, thoughtful interactions, and micro-animations that create a responsive and engaging trading experience.
• Develop rapid prototypes, test ideas, conduct user research, and iterate based on feedback and data.
• Partner closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and maintain high-quality execution throughout implementation.
• Build and maintain a scalable cross-platform design system to ensure consistency across brands and product environments.

Key Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• You have 3+ years of experience designing mobile applications for real users and understand how to balance business goals with user needs.
• You have a strong eye for detail and care deeply about typography, layout, and visual consistency.
• You can simplify complex ideas into intuitive user journeys and feel comfortable building solutions from scratch.
• You are highly proficient in Figma and stay up to date with modern design workflows and AI-powered tools. You understand how your designs translate into development.
• A strong portfolio showcasing shipped mobile products, with a focus on complex UX and high-quality visual execution.
• Deep understanding of iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Android Material Design principles.
• Ability to move fast, iterate frequently, and maintain high design standards.
• Ability to clearly explain design decisions supported by logic, data, or user insights.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in iGaming, Finance, or FinTech industries.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
