CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an international provider of Corporate & Fiduciary Services with expanding offices in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Personal Assistant to join their growing team based in Larnaca. Supporting the Managing Partner, you will manage complex calendars, meetings, and international travel arrangements, as well as act as first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Our client is seeking applicants who possess proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, who are able to work independently with minimal supervision. You must have strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and be comfortable working with senior leadership and board-level matters. Fluency in English is a must, with knowledge of Greek considered an advantage. Our client offers a highly attractive remuneration and benefits package based on skills and experience.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and international travel arrangements.
  • Act as first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare meeting materials, agendas, presentations, and follow-ups.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Coordinate and track partner-led projects across offices.
  • Monitor deadlines, deliverables, and action items.
  • Support board-related activities and reporting.
  • Improve workflows and administrative processes proactively.
  • Maintain structured digital filing systems and documentation.
  • Use collaboration and productivity tools efficiently (e.g. project management platforms, cloud storage, communication tools).
  • Support adoption of digital best practices within the Partner’s workflow.

 

Key Skills/Experience:

 

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • High level of digital literacy and confidence using modern work tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Highly reliable and discreet.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working with senior leadership and board-level matters.
  • Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic environment.

 

Nice to Have:

  • Greek language skills.
  • Experience in fiduciary, legal, financial services, or professional services environments.
  • Experience working in international or multi-office settings.
