CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a leading importer and distributor of a wide range of sports clothing and accessories across Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Personal Assistant to join their growing team based in Nicosia. Supporting the Managing Director, you will handle a range of administrative and secretarial duties, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, assisting with basic bookkeeping, and more! An acaemic background relating to Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or similar will be considered an advantage, and you will need to possess proven experience in a relevant position. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English are essential, along with strong organisational and time management skills. An attractive remuneration package is on offer based on skills and experience, and working hours are from 08:30 – 17:00 or 09:00 – 17:30 from Monday to Friday.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

 

  • Organizing pending tasks, reminders, and follow up tasks.
  • Scheduling appointments.
  • Answering phone calls.
  • Liaising with clients.
  • Assisting with office administrative tasks.
  • Assisting with basic bookkeeping/record keeping of the company (petty cash etc).
  • Maintaining and updating files and safekeeping documents.
  • Assisting with the preparation of various forms and documents required on behalf of the Company.

 

Key Skills/Experience: 

 

  • An academic background relating to Secretarial Studies, Business Administration or similar will be considered an advantage.
  • Previous experience in a relevant role is essential.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting will be considered an advantage.
  • Fluency in both verbal and written Greek & English is essential.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
