CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an established and expanding Law Firm with offices in Nicosia, we are seeking to recruit a Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to the Managing Director. An academic background related to Secretarial Studies, Business Administration or similar is desirable, and you will need to possess approximately 3+ years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant supporting Senior Management. Fluency in both verbal and written Greek and English is a must, as well as exceptional administration and time management skills, and familiarity with MS Office. Our client offers an attractive remuneration package, based on skills and experience. Working hours are from 08:00 - 13:00 & 14:30 - 17:30 from Monday to Thursday, and from 08:00 - 13:00 & 14:00 - 15:00 each Friday, with some flexibility to start and finish times offered.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Assisting the Managing Director in his day-to-day activities.
  • Typing, formatting, and editing reports and documents.
  • Preparing high level presentations, when necessary.
  • Entering data in the company’s system and keeping records.
  • Liaising with internal departments, answering calls, and making travel arrangements.
  • Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of the Managing Director.
  • Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.
  • Copying, scanning, and faxing documents, as well as taking notes.
  • Managing courier services for documents concerning the Managing Director.
  • Observing best business practices and etiquette.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Diploma or University Degree.
  • Approximately 3+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant is a must.
  • Any previous experience working in a Law Firm will be considered a plus, but not essential.
  • Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal.
  • Confident with MS Office.
  • Any knowledge of Zygos legal software will be considered an advantage, but not essential.
  • Advanced typing, note-taking, recordkeeping, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage internal and external correspondence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Pleasant personality.
