CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding provider of Audit, Accounting & Tax related services to a diverse portfolio of both local and international clients, we are seeking to recruit a Payroll Supervisor to join their growing team based in Nicosia. As a Payroll Supervisor, you will oversee end-to-end payroll processing for multiple companies. As part of your role, you will communicate closely with clients to collect, verify, and update payroll information. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in a relevant field of study, who possess approximately 4+ years of experience in a relevant role. You will need to hold sound knowledge of payroll regulations, Social Insurance services, and local Tax authorities, and be familiar with payroll and accounting software. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for multiple companies with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Communicate with clients to collect, verify, and update payroll information.
  • Maintain accurate payroll and employee records.
  • Process salary adjustments, back pay, and termination payments.
  • Prepare and submit statutory payroll returns (TD7, TD63).
  • Handle registrations with Tax and Social Insurance Departments, including Ergani.
  • Ensure correct calculation of payroll taxes and statutory contributions.
  • Monitor compliance with payroll laws and reporting deadlines.
  • Assist with month-end payroll consolidation and reporting.
  • Support basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including reconciliations and AP/AR.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional service.
  • Perform any other related duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in payroll or a related accounting role.
  • Sound knowledge of payroll regulations, Social Insurance services, and Tax authorities.
  • Experience with payroll and accounting software (e.g. E-soft, Odoo).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
  • Capable of working independently while also contributing as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English.
  • IT literate, adaptable, and comfortable with digital systems.
  • High level of integrity with a proactive, positive attitude.
