CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding provider of Audit, Accounting & Tax related services to a diverse portfolio of both local and international clients, we are seeking to recruit a Payroll Administrator join their growing team based in Larnaca. As a Payroll Administrator, you will primarily be responsible for assisting with the preparation of monthly payroll for various clients. As part of your role, you will liaise closely with clients in relation to payroll responsibilities, PAYE, and social insurance administration. An academic background in a relevant field of study will be considered an advantage, and any prior experience in a payroll-focused role will be considered a significant advantage, although Recent Graduates who are willing to learn and develop in the payroll field are also encouraged to apply. You will need to be fluent in Greek and English, and be a proficient user of MS Office applications. A highly attractive remuneration and benefits package is on offer, which includes a competitive base salary, 13th salary, and provident fund. Working hours are from 07:30 – 14:30 three days per week, and from 07:30 – 17:30 two days per week.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly payroll for various clients.
  • Liaise with clients in relation to payroll responsibilities, PAYE, and social insurance administration.
  • Maintain and update internal records, ensuring deadlines and obligations are met.
  • Participate in client meetings and team discussions.
  • Support client onboarding as needed by explaining payroll procedures and assisting with setup.
  • Help to identify and recommend improvements to payroll processes to increase efficiency.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • An academic background in a relevant field of study is desirable, but not essential.
  • Prior experience in payroll administration will be considered a significant advantage, but not essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS/payroll systems will be considered an advantage.
  • A willingness to learn and develop.
