CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding provider of cutting-edge payment solutions tailored to a range of high-risk industries, we are seeking to recruit a Payments Technical Support Officer (Shift-Patterns) to join their growing team based in Limassol. The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for providing technical support to merchants, addressing enquiries related to payment solutions, integrations and technical issues, as well as diagnosing and troubleshooting complex technical problems, offering timely and effective solutions. Our client is seeking applicants who ideally possess proven experience in technical support in the payments industry, who possess an understanding of API documentation and integration processes. Our client offers an attractive remuneration and benefits package based on skills, as well as hybrid working options, once internal training and onboarding has been completed. Rotational shift patterns are required as part of this role, including 2 weekends per month. Shifts are from 08:00 – 16:30 and 13:30 – 22:00.
