Payments Specialist
CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding Technology Group based in Cyprus providing powerful CRM technologies primarily to the Casino and iGaming industries, we are seeking to recruit a Payments Specialist to join their growing team based in Limassol. As a Payments Specialist, you will primarily be responsible for the preparation and monitoring of cash flow and other reports as requested by Management, as well as executing timely payments and monitoring potential issues. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Accounting, Finance, Business, or another relevant field, who possess proven experience in a relevant role. You will need to possess strong knowledge of MS Excel, be fluent in verbal and written English, and have excellent attention to detail.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Preparation
and monitoring of cash flow and other reports as may be requested by
Management
- Monitors
settling of funds accuracy, schedules set up, and keeps track of
settlements.
- Executes
timely payments and monitors potential issues.
- Communicates
with banks and responds to their requests.
- Ensures
timely and accurate trade settlements.
- Liaises
with other departments to investigate discrepancies.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s
degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Previous
experience working with different financial institutions and familiarity
with multiple banking environments is a must.
- Advanced
computer software skills including Microsoft Excel.
- Outstanding
ability to identify errors.
- Fluent
in English language, both verbal and written.
- High
level of attention to detail.
- Ability
to multitask and prioritize.
- Team
player and trustworthy.
