Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Troubleshoot issues arising in payment integrations and sandbox testing.
• Analyze current payment processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Implement strategies to increase payment success rates and reduce transaction times.
• Investigate transaction irregularities and payment behaviour.
• Manually execute client withdrawals if needed and monitor deposits.
• Collaborate with payment providers to ensure seamless transaction experiences.
• Monitor and report on the performance of implemented payment solutions.
• Work closely with the finance and tech teams to integrate new payment systems and technologies.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Proven experience in payment systems optimization, preferably within the iGaming industry.
• Strong understanding of payment cashier systems and integration matters.
• Understanding iGaming transaction related matters.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
