Payment Systems Integration & Optimization Specialist
CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding provider of Financial Technology solutions and services to the iGaming & Online Casino industries, we are seeking to recruit a Payment Systems Integration & Optimization Specialist to join their growing team based in Limassol. As a Payment Systems Integration & Optimization Specialist, you will manage and improve payment platforms across multiple brands and regions. As part of your role, you will handle PSP integrations, monitor performance, and ensure smooth, secure transactions for online players. Our client is seeking applicants who possess a strong understanding of payment processing and transaction analysis, with proven experience with PaymentIQ and PSP integrations. Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Configure and test PSP integrations via PaymentIQ and
cashier systems.
- Monitor payment performance and resolve technical or
transactional issues.
- Analyze data by country and payment method to optimize
success rates.
- Adjust cascading rules, BIN restrictions, and limits to
improve approval ratios.
- Collaborate with PSPs, customer support, and internal
teams to enhance user experience.
- Identify and replace underperforming or inactive
payment methods.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Strong experience with PaymentIQ and PSP integrations.
- Solid understanding of payment processing and
transaction analysis.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset.
