CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a leading Fertility Clinic with expanding operations in the heart of Limassol, we are seeking to recruit a Patient Liaison Coordinator to join their growing team. As a Patient Liaison Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the patient and donor experience, ensuring seamless communication and organization across all aspects of their treatment journey. Our client is seeking applicants who ideally hold prior experience in a medical or patient-facing role, who are fully fluent in both verbal and written Greek and English. You will need to possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, and be a confident user of MS Office applications, and CRM Systems. An attractive remuneration package is on offer, based on skills and experience, and working hours are from 09:00 – 18:00 from Monday to Friday.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

 

  • Coordinate and manage patient and donor appointments, ensuring all timelines are met.
  • Maintain and update patient files in the CRM system with therapy details, treatment plans, medications, lab results, consent forms, and more.
  • Communicate with clinics locally and internationally to align schedules and coordinate care.
  • Handle payments, planning, and budgeting for patient and donor treatments.
  • Monitor and follow up with patients throughout their treatment process.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports for presentation to management.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including billing, record-keeping, and correspondence.

 

Key Skills/Experience:

 

  • Previous experience in a medical or patient-facing role is highly desirable.
  • Fully fluent in Greek and English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, donors, and team members.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and CRM systems.
  • Comfortable using tools such as, Microsoft 365, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently while maintaining team collaboration.
