CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a provider of financial derivatives in the form of CFDs, Spreads Bets and Margined FX, we are seeking to recruit a PPC Manager to join their growing tea based in Nicosia. As a PPC Manager, you will be primarily responsible for managing Paid Search campaigns, ensuring ongoing and timely optimisation is delivered, as well as constantly looking for opportunities to improve performance. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Marketing, PR, Digital Media, or another related field, who posses approximately 3+ years of experience working on Paid Search campaigns, with excellent knowledge of Google AdWords and Analytics. The ideal candidate will have experience with bid management platforms (such as Marin Software and Kenshoo), planning and executing display campaigns on GDN, remarketing, RLSA, YouTube Video, and working with DCM/DS3 and DSP platforms (such as DBM and AppNexus), with prior involvement in managing campaigns across multiple countries and languages considered an advantage.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Manage Paid Search campaigns, ensuring continuous optimisation and identifying opportunities to enhance performance.
  • Prepare spend forecasts and closely monitor campaigns to meet agreed targets.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis, identify trends, and provide accurate reporting, requiring a solid understanding of campaign dynamics and the company’s business.
  • Contribute to strengthening the company’s internal Digital Marketing capabilities.
  • Campaign Management:
    • Develop mid-term campaign plans with clear actions and objectives.
    • Execute and monitor tests with precision.
    • Apply best practices and actively contribute to team knowledge sharing.
    • Provide detailed performance analysis beyond top-line metrics.
    • Develop a strong understanding of business goals and KPIs.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Align with the company on targets and strategies, providing accurate forecasts.
    • Prepare reports and presentations that highlight work delivered and analyse performance in depth.
    • Collaborate with the Head of Digital Marketing to ensure alignment with wider media campaigns.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Ideally educated to degree level in Marketing, PR, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ working on Paid Search campaigns and working knowledge of Biddable Display platforms
  • Experience managing large budgets of £1M+.
  • Excellent knowledge of Google AdWords and Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills and a natural affinity for numbers.
  • Ability to analyse raw data, draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations as needed.
  • High attention to detail with an understanding of optimisation levers across Biddable platforms.
  • Developing experience in all Search and Biddable media practices – this includes being able to run Display activity on the GDN, and activity across other Biddable Display and Paid Social media channels.
  • Proven presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred to Have: 

  • Bid Management platforms i.e. Marin Software, Kenshoo.
  • Planning and running Display campaigns on GDN, Remarketing, RLSA, YouTube Video.
  • DCM/DS3 and DSP platforms, i.e. DBM, AppNexus.
  • Involvement with running campaigns across multiple countries / languages.
