The Operations Assistant will provide valuable assistance in organizing the procedures of the company, as well as communicate with clients on a daily basis and help grow new business channels. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or another related field, who possess at least 3 years’ experience in a professional environment, preferably in the insurance industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English are a must, and fluency in Russian language will be considered an advantage. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Manage communication with clients and assist with their needs.
  • Provide information to customers regarding insurance products and services.
  • Manage company’s correspondence with clients and partners.
  • Administrative duties.
  • Schedule appointments with clients.
  • Use Insurance Software Programs (training will be provided).
  • Use Microsoft Office Tools.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • An academic background relating to Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or another related filed is desirable.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a professional environment.
  • Fluency in English and Greek both written and verbal.
  • Fluency in Russian language will be considered as an advantage.
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry will be considered as an advantage.
  • Critical Thinking.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Excellent Time Management skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office tools.
  • Good knowledge of social media platforms and new technologies.
