As an Office Administrator, you will handle a range of administrative duties to help support the smooth running of the office. As part of your role, you will oversee front-desk operations, answer phone calls and emails, schedule appointments, make travel arrangements, and more! Our client is seeking applicants who possess proven experience in a relevant position, who are fluent in both verbal and written Greek and English. You will need to possess outstanding organisational and time management skills, and be a proficient user of MS Office applications. Key Duties/Responsibilities:

 

  • Maintain order and structure within the workplace environment.
  • Assist in general office administration and support management and colleagues.
  • Perform receptionist duties.
  • Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner.
  • Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
  • Answer phone calls and emails and redirect them when necessary.
  • Schedule appointments and make travel arrangements for management and colleagues.
  • Assist to organize and supervise company events.
  • Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages.
  • Assist to resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues.
  • Document expenses and hand in reports.
  • Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, associates, and colleagues.
  • Deliver and pick up documents, parcels, stationery etc...

 

Key Skills/Experience:

 

  • Proven work experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.
  • Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge.
  • Fluency in Greek and English.
  • Integrity and professionalism.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily work.
  • Driving Licence.
